Body Shop Operations Manager For Bus/Truck Collision Repair Facility!!
BRC Coach & Transit in Las Vegas continues to grow and is seeking an experienced Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is a key member of our Management Team. Position is responsible for managing a 10 technician shop, developing body shop business, ensuring satisfied customers, & promoting our products and services. Job duties include taking steps to exceed customer's expectations & ensure a positive experience, recruit and create a positive culture that retains a high quality staff, be active in company sales, provide accurate quotes/estimates, meet budget and operating goals, ensure safety compliance, and instruct staff on policies, procedures and goals. Ideal candidate will have operations experience in bus collision repair and refurbishment, excellent leadership, hands on supervisory and communication skills, an acute understanding of bus mechanical components and associated body repair, knowledge of profit and loss statements and how to use them to manage a business unit. Remuneration includes salary, bonuses, & generous benefit options.
